If there are any other customers out there besides myself who have been dissatisfied with BUNKERSURVIVAL.COM please let me know. We paid Mr. Michael Bunker about $800 for some shortwave radios that he promised to drop-ship for us to customers we had sold the radios too. In other words, Bunker was our middle-man supplier. Anyway, after about 3 weeks we started getting calls from customers complaining that their radios had not arrived. So I called Bunker 15 TIMES (literally) and he never answered ONE SINGLE CALL. The last message I left for him on his machine on April 21st, I swore out of frustration and told him to "call me back goddammit". Well, guess what, Mr. Bunker then faxed me and told me I had "taken the lord's name in vein" and that he would not accept any more communication from me unless it was via FAX or MAIL. He also promised me the radios would be shipped in the next 8 days. Of course they weren't. He "left town" to go to a y2k expo to sell his goods. (This was about the 3rd time he had "left town" to go to y2k expos and left nobody in charge of handling his unfinished business or shipping). His wife answered a couple of times while he was gone and even she was frustrated because he was not returning my calls. So, to finish the story....After Bunker told me no more live communication (as if there were any in the first place) I faxed him 8 TIMES over the next 14 days to find out WHEN the orders would get shipped, or IF they had been shipped and to simply inform me of the status because I was tired of listening to angry customers 3 times a day. Still NO RESPONSE. I even left a message AND a fax to please refund all the money I had paid him, so I could then purchase them somewhere else in order to service my customers. NO RESPONSE to that either. As of today I have officially filed a complaint against him with Attorney General's office of Texas, and the Better Business Bureau, as this completely irresponsible and unprofessional "business-man" can't even answer a phone call or fax AFTER 3 WEEKS! He has left me hanging in mystery, unable to answer the angry customers as to WHERE their radios are. So if anybody else out there knows of or has had any similar bad experience with Michael Bunker of WWW.BUNKERSURVIVAL.COM please let me know and post it on this board. It is unfortunate that there are unscrupulous characters like Mr. Bunker in the Y2K survival business who cannot deliver products and refuses to answer questions as to why they are not being delivered. As well as letting me take all the flack from angry customers, one of which I had to refund already because she could not get an ANSWER as to where her shipment was! Needless to say, I have asked Bunker for refund too. "Maybe" god-willing, he will have enough ethics and moral sense to refund the money my company paid him. Answers

Spoke to Mike Bunker today, interesting the other side of the story. It seems Mr. Bidlow is a bit of stalker. Mr. Bunker related that immediately after beginning to do business with Mr. Bidlow, Gary began calling him at home, and at all hours of the day and night "just to talk". Mr. Bunker is a travelling speaker and expo attendee. He said he called Mr. Bidlow back as often as possible, but the strange and harassing calls became more and more frequent. Mr. Bidlow would call and relate his personal life story, flavored with his favorite conspiracy theories. It seems Mr. Bidlow is convinced that the Psychiatrists are manipulating world events. Finally, while on the road at a 5 day show, Mr. Bunker says that Mr. Bidlow called his house (on his personal phone) and left 7 messages, each more and more hostile. The last was a string of obscenities which was left for Mr. Bunker's wife and small children to hear. Mr. Bunker informed Mr. Bidlow that he would no longer take calls or faxes from Mr. Bidlow at his home number. Mr. Bunker says thaat the harassment has continued and that he has also been in contact with the above agencies and is working with them. Maybe the psychiatrists and the police can make Mr. Bidlow stop?????

I have done a ton of business with bunkersurvival.com, and have found them to be great suppliers. They always are on time and always have new solar products. When they had to switch oven manufacturers they sent us a larger oven than we ordered for the same cost. I would assume that they took a $200 hit on it. After having met Mike Bunker, I would agree with the above posting. Mr. Bidlow is likely a flake who should be avoided.

BUNKERSURVIVAL.COM is great company. I heard Michael Bunker speak in Kansas City, and I am so glad I did. He is a good and lawful Christian Man. I called him this morning and he faxed me some of Gary Bidlow's fax rantings. The last three faxes went to Mr. Bunker at 2, 3, and 4 a.m. I don't blame Mike for not returning this nutcases calls.

I recently talked to a local shipper about sending a rather large kit to a friend. Because of the distances and uncertainties whenever shipping or mailing anything, I requested info about COD. I was informed by said shipper that for an additional $8.00 they would handle the transaction and inform we when the payment arrived. Seems like very cheap insurance and I would think a reputiable business doing ecommerce would have no problems with accepting such an agreement A bird in hand ....

Oh, as a short aside (I wont ramble on senselessly like. .), I just got this email in my personal email. Mr. Bidlow obviously doesn't know that this forum forwards replies to him. And I quote, "from what I can tell, you're just another typical idiot who probably believes everything he hears in the news.
