I have succesfully install the compiler, however I don't know how to run it. It seems that the book does not explain how to run the compiler after installing it. Please help me.

How to run the compiler

The instructions on running the compiler are in the book in a number of places. The first set of instructions are on page 98 in the 5th printing, under the title "Take it for a Spin".

If you have another printing, look under "Take it for a Spin" in the table of contents. It's in Chapter 3, near the end of the chapter.
