In last FOMC meeting, the Fed adopted a bias toward tightening, what is the effect on the Dow ?

Today, the market has a big drop. In short term, the correction may be near over, I think. Traditionally, pre-electrion years are good for the stock market, if this still holds true this year, the market may be as good. Probably any weakness is a buying opportunity ? Fed raise interest rate ? Not likely, IMO, as I think the recent oil price contributed to some "inflation" scare, but as always, after awhile the OPEC will start cheating again, driving oil price down.
