While trying to respond to a lead I keep getting the following message: What does this mean? Did my email go through? Did my lead get the message?

" AOL server error - The server encountered a configuration or operating system error while attempting to satisfy your request. For further assistance, contact the server administrator"

There is a limit to how much text you can type in the response box, and you are probably exceeding it. I'm sorry you're getting an error -- there should be a message that tells you to go back and edit you text, and I'll make sure that gets fixed. In the meantime, try typing less text (less than 3000 characters -- that's almost two pages).
