We have been had the process of peer reviews for approximately 6 years. The process is working fine, but we are starting to ask the question of, "are we seeing performance improvements due to the peer feedback?" What is our return on ivestment? How do other companies measure improvements from the peer reviews? and so on.... Does anyone have information they can share with us, of you do to measure the peer process?
