Just went to cspan.org and checked their programming guide for today, I couldn't find any reference to today's topic which Ed is testifying to but they did list the senate session starting at 9:30 am ET. Must be it! Going now to set up the vcr - might be a long one.

According to s enate.gov, it the Y2K hearing starts at 10am.
