I have heard that Pres. Clinton has already got an executive order in place, ready to trigger, if Y2K is as bad as predicted that would place the entire country under Marshall Law. That leave for Reservist's has been postponed or canceled for Dec 99 and Jan 2000. Have others heard of this?? This is of concern as ML supercedes all state, local and even constitutional rights with no court recourse after it ends.

I don't know about Marshall Law, but I hope he is as fair a ruler as Marshall Dillion.

Worries about Federal martial law are unwarranted, as Senator Bennett himself acknowleged that the logistic support is not there for any national mobilization and coordination of troops.

Any military security will most likely be provided by your State National Guard.

Can -

any use of anthrax in this country would result in an almost uncontrolable spread of that disease...and it doesn't go away...there is an island off the coast of Scotland where the UK did their anthrax testing during WWII. That island is still so contaminated with anthrax spores that it is impossible for animals to live there, much less people. In other words, any use of anthrax in this country by anyone in this country would be suicidal at best...
