When printing with Postershop lite (epson 3000)I get a hardware key error. Key has been subsituted with another key. The print will finish then I have to close postershop. I never had a different key! I did reinstall postershop 2 times but still receive this error. Someone please help.

This is usually a problem when you are printing to your printer through the same parallel port that the hardware key is on. Our hardware key drivers are provided by Rainbow Technologies and are somewhat problematic when trying to communicate to the key at the same time that you are trying to print to a printer through the same port. A solution would be to install a second parallel port in your system and separate the hardware key port from your printing port.
