Hi Ralph-

thank you for asking a simple but important question. The reason why your company does not show up when you search for a specific trip is that you have not entered any trip(s), yet. You must have entered a trip in the system for travelers to find a match to their query. Please go to your workspace and add your trips under "Create or update your trips/packages." As soon as that is done, travelers requesting information on a trip to NZ will be able to choose your trips.
