Would you know if, in Florida, the gap therory or the excess theory apply to underinsured motorist. For example, if I have 10/20 UM/UIM coverage, and an inujured by a driver who has 10?20 liability, and my injuries exceed his liability, an I entitled to the 10 UIM or not? Hre is not uninsured, nor underinsured, but "same as"insured. I cannot find case law on the web. Thanks Bill Traylor
