I am seeking interested Sebastopol citizens to act as neighborhood leaders. 21% of our residents are preparing for earthquake, flood, y2k, or general assistance to their neighbors. We have a way to go. The Sebastopol Town Council has not responded to my request to engage for the welfare of our town other than to grant rights to have chickens on our private property. Obviously then, we must contact our neighbors and educate them. I have access to two or three printed documents to help you.
