2) And, specifically for Y2K community workers: The July-August issue of YOGA JOURNAL, now on stands, has a 4,000-word feature "ALL TOGETHER NOW - Across the country, communities are finding a surprising upside to the Y2K coundtown" by Gary Gach

Included is a sidebar of publications, URLs, etc. YOGA JOURNAL is perhaps the main alternative publication read by the leading-edge folks market researcher Paul Ray calls "cultural creatives," who have strong community bonds. It seems another aspect of what you are doing (or maybe I'm just paraphrasing) is bolstering the democratic process by encouraging individuals to participate in collective decision-making. It seems to me that the best uses of these public forums have occurred when individuals master the art of dialogue (as opposed to debate or discussion). Your forum is a good example of how people can build on one another's
