If you try to access the Forum and your puter doesnt seem to find the http://www.greenspun.com URL, its because, in Phil Greenspuns words...

The MIT Lab for Computer Science lost control of its network some weeks ago. They are relying on a broken router whose defects they don't understand. There is nothing we can do about it except wait for them to develop a different attitude toward their job.

I think thats his way of saying... its summer... and newer less-experienced maintainers are working on solving the network problems.

So, basically... try later.

BTW, This is a different condition than Server Busy which is also a recommendation to... try again later.
