OT? WAG THE DOG REVISITED

greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread

Please read Joseph Farrah's Between the Lines, June 30th commentary titled, "Wag the Dog Revisted". It can be found at WorldNetDaily.

I am particularly interested in the report released by Federal Reserve economists in late '97 called, "An Investigation into the Magnitude of Foriegn Contacts". This document No.RWP97-14 appears to support the wag the dog theory. If correct, read it and weep for the victims of Klintoon. Who *isn't* a victim of this....this......you know.........presi....dent.

Wag The Dog, Revisited

If correct? If it isn't correct, our President stumbled onto this concept by accident. He did make full use of it.

Sorry to say, I do not find this scenario incredible. I would put nothing past the man.

Charisma is not an acceptable substitute for integrity. The president has plenty of the former and none of the latter.

Thank you de. I couldn't make a hot link, if the instructions were tatooed on my belly. This is big. The proof has been revealed. I say, let's grill more than steaks for Independence Day!! OHHHHHH BILLY AND HILLY, do you have any 'plans' for the 4th? We have some bottle rockets and some snakes and smoke bombs at our place....wanna play? Bring your buddy Carvewill with you too!!! ALL your friends are welcome....we have 10 acres! We can sing "The Star Spangled Banner" around the BONFIRE. I'll even flip my kilt up for you Billy, ya big hunka walla-walla.

I just read the "Wag the dog" article. This walking bag of shit has gotten away with more criminal activity that J. Edgar Hoover. In no other period in American history would the populace accept such treasonous doings. Just as I asked the day this coward won the presidential election for his first term, "what the f**k has happened to this country?".

Will continue: Any inklings on what the next Wag the Dog scenario will be? Are there any late breaking new Clinton scandals, maybe involving Hitlery's girlfriends? Or have we witnessed them all?

-- Randolph (dinosaur@williams-net.com), July 04, 1999.

Actually Randolph, we'd have to ask Jeffrey Dahmer what his best guess would be. Too bad.

Time to go re-read the thread for Milne's Gettysburg post. I wonder who is gonna fill the role of "the South" and decide "Enough is enough!" and serious action to rein-in or remove this un- Constitutional, Constitutional officer? Maybe Diane's recent question of "Will we see a coup for Y2K?" becomes more of a player?

You know WW, it's been on my mind since September. I just can't imagine any way of avoiding it. It likely won't be comparable to anything in our young history. Some of us are about to create history, some of us will witness it, but *all* of us will become responsible for the outcome, one way or another. Be prepared.

Thank you Will. Thank you Joseph Farrah for all your work in addition to this great piece.

God gave me a prophetic dream in 1994, 2 years before Clinton and his PR pimps began to claim, in his re-election bid, that he (Clinton) was the man to lead this nation over that bridge to the new millennium. That "bridge", of course, being the year 2000 - "Y2K" as we would learn to call it later. Not only will history not deal kindly with the man who would be king for life (any other time or place) as the greatest presidential liar in American history but most disgraceful and most psycopathic as we all witnessed in shocked amazement his "wag the dog" brazenness in the face of scandal. I, for one, was not fooled for 1 second. I can see right through his vain-glorious misadventures as he takes the nation down with him.

In my dream, after God shows me a picture of America in ruins and an angel tells me that it won't be rebuilt I am shown a train. In my dream, the train is rolling down the track, filled with DGIs who are reading the newspaper, eating and drinking and enjoying the landscape as it passes by, blithely complacent to the danger up ahead. Next I am standing on the edge of a steep precipice as if I was somehow projected ahead in time, ahead of the train. I watch as this same train, filled with the same unconcerned people is coming up the tracks towards me where Clinton's bridge was *supposed* to be. I'll never forget the panic stricken looks on the faces of the passengers as they realized only too late that the bridge just ahead is out and that they were about to be hurtled headlong down into the gorge below. They clawed desperatly but vainly to escape out the windows of the train (time) but which was moving too fast - they couldn't even get the windows open. I watched in horror the terror stricken looks on their faces as the train roared over the edge.

No, history will not deal kindly with Clinton. For a president who ran on the slogan of: "It's the economy stupid" right after trashing the economy of the 80's as the decade of greed, God will, in a bit of irony, show that it's *not* the economy stupid but if that's all you care about then will I show you some stupid economy - *Stupid*!

Most of Clintons victims are just up ahead in the greatest train wreck in the history of nations. Bump in the road? I think not.
