I believe that it was Countryside that did an article on charcoal making. I know I have the issue, but can't seem to locate the right one. Would you please tell me what issue that it appeared in, if it was indeed in Countryside? Thanks

I've always been interested in making charcoal, but have never tried doing so.

Actually, I am looking for the original recipe for making a charcoal compress for drawing poison out of a bite or irritation.
