Reversal B&Wgreenspun.com : LUSENET : B&W Photo - Film & Processing : One Thread |
I have tried to search the site on this subject without success. Apologies if I have missed existing info. Does anyone have a straightforward method for producing reversals? Thanks, Nick

At least on the German market, a direkt reversal kit manufactured by Tetenal is available.

There's also Agfa Scala, which is a positive from the get-go (though you've prob'ly already heard of it...?). But it must be processed in the few properly equipped labs worldwide.

Go here for a start and a link to the RIT photoFAQ for reverse processing Ilford films.

If you have negatives you want to make positives of, try copying or contact printing on Kodak Tech-pan. Developing in print developer will probably give more contrast than wanted. The results are nice in a slide projector, though. Contrast can be controlled with the right develping, but I don't have experience with that.
