I am looking for any work that may have been done to predict error rates for remediated applications over the change of millennium. The applications have undergone extensive testing. Optimally I would like a matrix where I can plug in the parameters (loc, number of modules....) of the remediation together with the degree of difficulty etc and get a feeling for the number of errors expected.
