The be able to do Chinese web publishing, you need the following:

1. OS English Windows NT4.0 or Win95(if you don't mind crashing every day)

2. Chinese viewer NJ Star commnicator 2.1 available for free download

3. Web browser Netscape 4.5/4.6 or I.E.5

DO NOT use Chinese Windows 95 as the OS, it is unstable and all sorts of weird things will happen when inputing GB code.
