The CD that came with "The C++ Training Guide" I bought from bn.com is dysfunctional. I can access most of the files, but the xcopy gives me errors telling me the CD is unreadable for the first file it tries to copy -- I even tried using Explorer. The error states that the CD may be dirty. I looked closer at the CD and it has some minor scratches that I probably put there where I removed the CD from the pouch. Does anyone know how I can get a new (and working) CD?
