I note in the "legal rights" section the seven things a lender MUST do to be able to claim their shortfall is valid. One of these was to serve a recorded delivery notice within 28 days of sale, providing full details.

There is also a note to say that this act was since modified.

Can you let me know when this requirement changed please.
