Also, as well publicized and discussed as it is, I had never seen the actual text of President Roosevelt's 1933 executive order that required American citizens to turn over their gold. In the EO they are, interestingly and somehow not surprisingly, blatantly described as being "hoarders"! (Gotta get more ammo.)

In other words, they seized personal and legal property without constitutional pretext. Didn't people take the government to court in those days? That's outrageous.

For those among us who may think of presidential Executive Orders as incoherent paranoid ramblings, here is your proof of their existence and use.

No due process, no debate, 100% in violation of the Constitution, and never rescinded. They took the only legal form of money in America and made its usage punishable by fine and imprisonment.

If you have any doubt who runs our country -- our "elected" government, or the owners of the global banking system -- here is proof. If you have any doubt as to whether this country is ruled by law and its Constitution or by the covert manipulations of an unelected, unaccountable shadow government, here is proof.

This is for starters. Law professor James Hirsen comes after Washington DC insider Charles Phillips. Both are of interest on the subject of y2k. Hirsen discusses executive orders. You need REALAUDIO to listen to this interview.
