Hello

Is there anyone that can tell me how to take the backlash out of an overhead drum machine? I have done traction cars before but never drums. Any help would be appreciated.

Answers

If this is a worm gear machine and if the problem is backlash (i.e., excessive clearance between the worm and gear), it would be corrected in the same manner as a traction. Exactly how depends on the design of the machine,just as with traction.
