Is it too late to start tomatoes from seeds in Houston?

Answers

Yes, unless you have a greenhouse it's a bit late. You need to start tomato plants in late July in order to be sure you'll get a crop before the first freeze of winter. You can probably still find seedlings to buy from nurseries in your area, though.
