Coprolith: We seem to be getting only superficial info they want to release. My 25 years involvement with the fed. govt. tells me we aren't getting the juicy parts!

2) We need to consider how we can alter the situation, and whether there is a viable alternative. Would a new head of FEMA (under a different president) be less of a problem?
