I will be one of the guests on the program.

Please notify others who might be interested.

Break a leg. ;-)

Good luck, Jim. Thanks for alerting us. Do you know yet who else is on the roster?

-- Lewis (aslanshow@yahoo.com), September 03, 1999.

Well if it's anything like today they will just cancel it to show old 1993 tapes about Waco, I hope it airs. Thankyou Jim for everything your doing.

Jim, Will you address why you left out the full contents of the spreadsheet LEGEND on CSPSAN?

-- FactFinder (FactFinder@bzn.com), September 03, 1999.

Jim,

I'm interested to know if anyone on the panel can explain how any citizen can be expected to trust any government comment reguarding Y2K when a serious Nuclear Accident outside New York City was silenced earlier this week! The public had the right to know, and should be furious!

Jim says he thinks it will be a 7.5. Paula thinks much more (not sure if she said 9.5). Navy report survey instruction for commanders was to put a 2 for "no info" so it that is not consistent with Navy spin that 3 was defaut for no info.

Paula says word is Fed will notify the public in October. This she confirmed with Koskinen.

Most callers were supportive of y2k prep.

Kudos to you, Jim Lord.

JIM LORD AND PAULA GORDON ON C-SPAN NOW

-- Ashton & Leska in Cascadia (allaha@earthlink.net), September 04, 1999.

Jim,

I don't know how they decided to put you two on at the same time. What a one two punch. Usually, it's GI vs. the DWI and everyone leaves the debate paralyzed and confused.

Curious. Were you surprised that Paula gave y2k a 9.5? I almost fell over. Made your 8.5 tame by comparison. : )

Thanks for the good work. From one old salt to another.
