my favorite is a bastardization of the B52. rum kahlua irish cream

poor into a shot glass one third rum poor slowly into rum one third kahlua, leaving the two in separate layers. poor slowly into rum and kahlua on third cream. the cream will float in the center in a globular, nebulous cloud.

Being a vegan (well, most of the time anyway), I don't drink milk, so I like to make Kahlua (or Tia Maria) Mudslides or Brown Cows with vanilla or chocolate soy milk. I know that might sound a bit gross, but it tastes really good, especially with vanilla soy. Other good drinks are Chi Chis (pina coladas with vodka instead of rum), or Spanish coffees (coffee mixed with Tia Maria or Kahlua, and whipped cream on top), which was my favourite drink before I gave up dairy products. They make you really wired (not to mention buzzed), so if you plan on getting a good night's sleep you should use decaf.
