I have seen simular images before, but this one looks unnatural in its texture and color to me, the wings lack critical sharpness to me, it almost looks like a water color to me, the rest of the detail in the photo looks natural in texture and detail, I would guess that this was a flash exposure from the angle and reflection of light on the greenery. What is it that makes this image special to you? Pat

I think what I find somewhat disturbing about this otherwise nicely exposed image is that I don't see the third set of legs and abdomen. This distracts me as I know they should be there and keep finding myself searching for them.

I do agree with Pat that the out of focus upper halves of the wing (and less so the antenna) make this a bit short of a keeper. Probably more a problem of paralleling the subject rather than depth of field, since the detail in the background suggests you stopped down quite a reasonable amount.
