Can anyone link the recent Navy Report to Can/Am Report re: 30,000,00 people to be without water in US? This was the report in a Canadian American meeting with Kosky's group where it was revealed that 30 million people wild be without water? This was reported several months ago I think by Jim Lord but I haven't seen any follow up on it. Seems like there may be a link there somewhere.

Thanks for the "link", but I guess I was unclear at 3:00am (no wonder)as to what I was actually looking for.

I was looking for a connection between the two reports. Where did the water information come from? Did the Navy report information figure in anywhere? It was a status report on water, power and sewage, after all. Why haven't we heard any more about it?
