Does anyone know where one could obtain a definitive guide flowcharting when the Section 32 High Interest Rate Disclosure is required along with the actual language of the act with explantion commentary?

We are only brokers, but I have found that each company has their own Section 32 worksheet. Some include all fees such as title, while others omit it. Look for the big wholesalers who offer 32's and get it from them. I know Flagstar has a pretty complete 2 page form.
