I heard it exist the hand pump and you have to pump it in the morning and evening.

Sorry, I have never heard of such a device. From the lack of responses, it would appear that no one else has either. It seems to me that sealing such a unit would be very difficult.

You might try searching the web for it, but I am skeptical that you will find much.
