That was cruel (funny though). Do you know how long it's going to take me to clean all the spit-up coffee from my keyboard? (And you've sent poor Andy into cardiac arrest...)

Just the thing to break that gold fever-at least for the moment...

Absolutely great. To have such a weight of responsibility (of having to stay focused to finish doing what is right (in terms of finishing preps))..... to just have a laugh... it was worth it. Thanxxxx

Speaking of which, where exactly is Andy? Surely it can't be taking him a whole 36 hours to count his money?

Darn! You got my hopes up! I was going to buy a couple more ounces today and that header made me smile..... oh well.

Big counterparty problems with 1 month lease rate at 9.9% today. Bullion banks & gold short hedge funds in for major grief.

We knew you were joking..........however Gold is DOWN today.

It opened at $314.00 and is now sitting at $300.00...........

I suppose that means that we don't have to hear Andy's ranting about it at least for today.........

BTW, has anyone done the math as to the rate of return on Gold that was purchased 1 year ago, also 5 years ago and 10 years ago??

WHAT!! The chart is pointing downwards........say it ain't so Andy!!

don't give a flip about gold, finally grew up. i'd rather have many dollar bills, smaller the better, but gold will not be of much use for most of 2000, except if your a thieft. the raptor
