Computer Could Cost State Millions - (HELENA) -- Glitches in Montana's new 16-and-a-half-Million dollar computer could cost the state Millions in federal funds. Workers for several state agencies say the computer has already fouled up paychecks, and is blamed for delaying payments of state bills for more than two months. Federal funds could be cut off at the end of the month when various third-quarter reports become due.
