After the last year or so, I'm tired of death. To be even more specific, I'm sick and tired of untimely death, and I'm sick and tired of long, protracted terminal illnesses.

I know that people in my life will die, I just wish that so many of them weren't doing it all at once. I'm tired of it.

Angie, if you were near me, I'd hang out with you. I realised a while ago that I don't have anyone that I just run around with anymore, either.

I'm tired of not having people to run around with me. Sure, I know the neighbors and a few other people around me, but no one I can just hang with. Oh yeah, I'm tired of being bored, also! heh! I think those two might go hand in hand though!

#1: Brittany Spears. Good god, girl, you're fifteen, put on some CLOTHES already.

#2: The Geico Direct commercials that feature stupid people doing really stupid things and equating it to car insurance. Um. If these people have drivers' licenses, I'm moving to Canada.

#3: All the news about Y2K. Good heavens. If it really IS that bad, no newscast is going to help us "deal with it better", and besides, I use a Mac. My machine's going to be just fine. Of course, the power company may be messed up, but I'll buy a generator. Sheesh.

#4: Boy bands. (I've got MTV on in the other room, can you tell?) They don't play instruments, they aren't bands. They are boy GROUPS. And that, even loosely.

#5: People who don't take responsibility for the fact that they are wrongwrongwrong, no matter what precipitated the actions they took. I don't care about the result, the action is wrong. Take some responsibility and stop trying to justify yourself. Nobody cares.

#6: Christmas. It starts BEFORE Halloween now. Pretty soon, I'll be celebrating my birthday (in June) to the sound of Christmas carols. I love a good celebration, but dear heavens, it's OCTOBER.
