Just a hunch, but have you tried "BinLaden.com"?

Check out http://members.aol.com/rafleet/hazmaps.htm

It has a FEMA map showing high-risk areas for nuclear fallout. Couldn't find anything like it on the FEMA website though.

http:www-ners.engin.umich.edu/links/reactors.html

Lists nuclear reactors (power-generating and research) throughout the US and the world. Nuclear reactors are generally considered primary missile targets as are certain military installations, missile silos(natch), and large DOD contractors. If you live near anything like that you are nanotoast.

This is site for Rocky Mountain Survival Group (interesting site). Click on contents, then Manmade/Natural Disaters then Oh My God, What Next... There you will find maps of locations of nuclear reactors in the US.

http://www.abduct.com/aaer/lt75.htm

Lists all military installations by state and by service.

Don't you love that abduct.com?

Amazing thing...search engines...

www.google.com with "nuclear + targets" gives (among others):http://www.beeline.ca/find/survival/Books/Doomsday/default.htm

Scroll down to "Myth #23" for maps and fallout dispersal patterns.

The aol site (http://members.aol.com/rafleet/hazmaps.htm)
takes too long to load and is not worth the poor pics.
the Rocky Mnt. Survival site is awesome. Definitely a
keeper.

Here's a site that is VERY informative. Details past, ongoing, and future nuclear accidents.
