Good old spotone works on all papers, RC and FB.

Try Spotpen. They are essentially 10 different spotting pens(zones 1- 10) sold in a pack. They make spotting of prints so much more convenient. I bought mine for about 30 bucks. They also make a series for warmtone papers, and also one for hand coloring.

I found that those spot pens dry a little brownish on Ilford RC paper. I went back to the brush and bottle. The color tinting pens are pretty convenient however.
