Maps of Major Chemical Facilities - Where?? EPA tells where clouds will travel!greenspun.com : LUSENET : TimeBomb 2000 (Y2000) : One Thread |
Anyone know the location of the EPA website where these reports are located?"Congress requires the EPA to keep key worst-case data, such as charts depicting the distance a chemical cloud could travel. It requires the main parts of those reports to be kept off the Internet, but the EPA can post the executive summaries to those reports."
