I think Karen's outline of "deliverables" sounds reasonable as a starting place, although I'm a little fuzzy about who is going to produce all these documents :).

I have a question about the early phrase "to ensure your companys strategic planning efforts are based on the most accurate forecasts available" since I think 'accurate forecast' in our turbulent world is problematic. I know clients want to buy tangible things and answers, but we also need to differentiate ourselves from Gartner, Meta, etc.

I would like to see an element of helping clients analyze what to do about trends, or some scenario of trends. Not only what might happen, but what we would recommend as action scenarios.
