On the road report; What is with Outlook

Folks:

As I said, I am on the road. Now in Cascadia. I have the following question: First the facts. Evidently the battery that maintains my clock failed and the computer defaulted to 1956 [of course you know it is a Mac]. When I tried to access my e-mail, the server told me that my clock was set to the wrong date and I couldn't access my accounts. When I reset the clock, it worked well. Why would Outlook care what my clock said?

Best wish

I've left my Mac in 1956, it works just fine, once I start it twice. Automatic Y2K compliance.

Z1X4Y7, you gonna have lunch with us? eMail works :-) Outlook is MS. Nuff said :-)
