my sister is getting married this 22th of Oct., 1999 and she want my mom to attend the wedding, but i don't know the number of the US embassy here in the Philippines for the scheduling of interview. Can you provide me of the no? what am i going to do to convince the consul that my mom needs to have an interview before the wedding (Oct.22, 199)? I really need ur advise.... thank you.
