NW2 Phase I or II

The CofG had two NW2 locomotives (#20 & #25). Do you if they were Phase I or II? Trying to find the correct discontinued Kato model.

Page 52 of the "Images of America - Central of Georgia" shows #20 is a phase I (pre-bobbed deck, pre-conical stack (note the short stack which was later extended by RR), recessed ends on air tanks). While if haven't seen pictures of #25, my C of G roster lists a 1942 B/D, which should still be phase I (X2200 gives 3/1943 as the last phase I B/D).
