I seem to recall, in posts a long time ago, yet in this galaxy, that Clinton (aka Klinton) was to give some big importnat speech around the end of October

Any news on said upcoming event?? Or just a seasonal scare.

The key to understanding the quality of this rumor is that the presumed speech on Y2K was to be delivered by Clinton on Halloween. 'Nuff said.
