I spent the whole day shopping yesterday.

Today I played tennis, slothed around, and then played on the computer.

And the bathroom is still not clean!

Weekends are always busy. Kids' hockey (I coach), my hockey (an hour and a half on Sunday mornings, from 8:30 to 10), grocery shopping and a jar full of other weekend chores. I also had to go out and buy a big pair of pruning shears to cut back the forsythia bush in the front yard and the forsythia bushes all along the back yard fence line that had been bent over/broken by the FOOT of snow we got last week. It was distressing, the bushes have lost about 5 feet of height, but I really had no choice - the neighbour could barely get out of his driveway because of the flopped-over branches. In at work for a bit, had a very funny conversation with an on-line friend, went to a couple of parties (one on Saturday night, one on Sunday night) and finally got the pumpkins into the composter, so they don't compost all by themselves on the front porch, like they did last year...
