What do you think of this whole SAD thing. Do you believe yourself to be suffering from it, or is it just a load of old nonsense invented to sell 'cures' in junk-male catalogues. Have you tried any of the cures - which seems to consist of UV lighting which simulates sun light. Or wouldn't you want a summer-simulator preferring winter to summer anyway?

Is that what this is? Since the time change...and the earlier darkness, I've been feeling a lot less happy. Pretty miserable if you want to know the truth. I'm driving home from work in pitch darkness...and feeling just unhappy about it. So it's SAD. At least now I can put a name to what I suffering from.

Well, I hate winter. I've hated winter ever since I was old enough to realize that playing in the snow wasn't fun, as I had believed. So in winter I'm often less joyful than in the summer. Especially since in the winter school becomes boring, and you realize there's a lot more of it left until the end of the year! Maybe it's SAD, I don't know. But I do think that SAD is a real disorder.
