What is the location of the photo on the cover of the new book on ACL passenger trains? I understand that the book has been purchased for me and I have therfore been advised not to buy it (Christmas gift??). I just would like to know early what the location is. Thanks, David Smith

David, The location for the cover painting, by Andrew Harmantas, is Callahan, Fla., about 20 miles north of Jacksonville. That location came to mind because it afforded an overhead view (from the US 301 bridge), a rarity down that way, and could show the Champion in daylight. It also was a favorite spot for many of the photographers in the book. I hope you enjoy the book and don't have to wait too long for it! Larry Goolsby
