Seriously - they've spent 315 million dollars - we've heard of absolutely NO testing of ANY NYC systems, repaired or replaced over 10,000 PC and repaired almost 700 systems

- and yet they are so overwhelmingly confident all these are going to work prefectly that they release this "happy-face" sheet?

Not even a word of caution or "be careful..."
