I'm doing an independent study on sport psychology. It has to be at least 2000 words. I was wondering if you could tell me some things I could mention in my essay, and what I should focus in on.

I am taking a sport psych class and areas of primary focus have been team cohesion and how it is related to success, arousal and aggressiveness (the inverted U theory), progressive relaxation, zone of optimal functioning, drive theory, imagery, high and low achievers, controlling and informational rewards, anxiety (anticipatory), Atkinson's Theory of Achievement Motivation, sport socialization...
