A long, little bit old, but very interesting article about Qwest's service problems. Though not directly related to Y2K, I think it does highlight some of the issues we might face after CDC and the creativity that will help solve the glitches.

I've found that dealing with "absolutes" is a tricky business. My experience is that life doesn't deal out "absolutes", except for death... There's always a little hope.
