As part of your preps, please don't forget milk filters!! No matter how you wash,dry the udders, there is always something that gets in the bucket. I buy the 6 1/2" size, cut in half and they just fit my kitchen funnel. Also be advised that goats are very picky about their water - they will not drink bleach treated water - they will dehydrate before they drink. Just a thought to keep in mind.
