Does anyone know the extent of the damage left by Floyd in Rocky Mount and east of there?

There was quite an army of construction equipment in Tarboro for a while.

Some of the best information I have seen about this is on the web as part of the "CSX Railfan" online magazine's November 99 issue. They have some great pics there. Try: www.trainweb.org/csxrailfan/weather Maybe that will work. I think this is is a new site....David
