Storing gas in plastic containers outside in a small shed

I don't think you have to do anything special other than provide a small vent to keep pressure from building up. StaBil won't keep condensation from forming. That should happen because the volatile gas vapors will eventually push all of the air and water vapor out of the space above the fuel. Just don't keep opening the tank unless you have to -- each time it is opened air and water vapor can get inside.

I just did some more homework.

The shed MUST be ventilated so fumes don't accumulate. The drums may vent whenever the temperature rises and those gasses must be allowed to leave easily.
